Why Uber is not operating in Santorini?

The Uber web & mobile platform is not running on Santorini. There are many local companies where you can book a walk. Santorini Transfer is the most reliable transportation company alternative to Uber.

Can I use the transfer service for pet animals?

Yes you can. Pet animals can travel if they carry on suitable transport equipment. Please keep them in good condition. You must have all the necessary documents (eg pet passport). Also you must let us know when you make your reservation. Guided dogs are transported free of charge..

Does the driver accept tips?

The reservation price does not include any tip and you are not obliged to do so. But if you feel pleased with the driver’s behavior then a small reward is welcome and absolutely normal. Our drivers will be happy to accept it.

Should I pay cash or by credit card and where?

The payment is made on-site directly to the driver. You can pay cash or by credit card. we accept it both.

What currency do you accept?

Our price policy accept Euro currency. You can use a different currency but you have to let us know in advance.

Can I use a wheelchair in your vehicle?

Of course you can. However, it is necessary to inform us in the booking form to prepare and secure the appropriate vehicle. Please let us know by using the contact us form on our website if you did not do so when booking.

Cancellations, Changes and Delays

What happens if I change my plans prior to departure?

For any change e.g dropoff place, hotel or number of passengers e.t.c. prior to departure please contact us on (+30) 6972287072 or by email at info@santorinitransfer.eu or on our webpage contact us form. Your details will be directly renew. Although, maybe there will be price increment for additional passenger or for bigger transfer distance e.g. further hotel distance from the airport or port.
